Within the contraction of your lower back, hamstrings, and glutes, slowly unbend at the hips and raise your upper body while standing stable. It works the lower back as well as the mid and upper back, specifically the erector spinae.

Start standing. Upper body is slightly bent forward and the arms are angled 90 degrees.
Now move your arms back and pull your shoulder blades together. Maintain body tension.
